Upcoming Events

There are three types of session:

  • Talks, Conversations, Interviews, Discussions with leading thinkers - these all take place in the York Hall and are labelled Y below

  • Family events - science, art, philosophy - labelled F below

  • Exploring the Theme - sessions that look at one of the themes arising during the Festival in different ways - labelled T below

 

Details of all sessions are given below. There is also a Weekend Ticket and a Day Ticket for Saturday and Sunday which give access to all Y sessions.

We have a Progressive Payment System:​

  • Standard - the price that enables us to recover costs;

  • Patron - an enhanced price that supports our discounted ticket;

  • Discount - a subsidised ticket.

You choose the ticket price suitable for you.

Tickets for the Exploring the Theme sessions (T) are Pay by Donation (the buyer sets the price). These sessions must be booked in addition to the Weekend and Day tickets.
